I happened to be looking around the web, and found something regarding
left/right brain specialization and experiments that has interesting
applications to PU, and in particular, chick logic.

First I summarize this, and then relate it to PU below. Basically,
there is an operation for epileptics where you can cut the connection
between their left and right brains in their heads. This makes those
people's seizures less worse.

They found that when they do this though, that the left side of the
brain,
and right side, now function as very independent, very seperate units,
each with their own thoughts, opinions, consciousness..etc.

They found that the left side deals with speech, logic, math,
reasoning,
ego. They found that the right side deals with abstract, emotion, art,
kino, dreaming and imagination, and often had a lower self esteem.

Now, the interesting thing is that they also found that the right side
could not deal with language really, and thus all communications to
the 'outside' was done via the connection to the left brain, and then
to outside (generally speaking). They found this, because after the
two sides were seperated from each other via the surgery, and the
right side 'learned' to understand english again, by using earphones,
and giving questions to each ear, with reply written by the pen on the
same side, that each 'brain' had very different desires, opinions,
self feelings, as if there were really 'two people' inside.

So, how does this apply to PU? Well, firstly, it explains why NLP,
or story telling or pattern language work even though it 'makes no
sense'
when listened to logically. Because the brain normally communicates
to the outside (speaking, listening) via the left brain, and then all
the 'emotional' stuff, gets passed to the right brain for processing.

It is the 'right brain' you want to reach, to lay a chick. That is
where all those emotional and racy feelings work. If you are logical,
then your information/chatter will only get as far as the left brain,
and never make it to the right, where you need to go to lead the chick.
That is why you need stories, NLP..etc, to drive the imagination, and
activate the right side, and get IT making the decisions rather than
the
left side.

Finally, this also raises an interesting explanation for the phenomenon
known as 'chick logic'. Understanding the above, chick logic now makes
perfect sense (ie. chick is saying 'no sex tonight' with her mouth
while lunging her body at you. This is where the left brain (words)
and right brain (body action) are at total odds at each other, and each
is doing the opposite.. because there are really two people inside
there!

It also explains why you want to look at what the body (right brain)
is saying and not what the words are saying. Because it is the right
brain that will decide that she wants to fuck you (unless she is doing
it for golddigging or something, in which it will be the left side,
but then it is likely to be a lousy fuck unless you get the right side
going), and it is the right side controlling the non-verbal action.

It also explains about about myself regarding moods & PU. If I am only
thinking with my left side, I will suck at PU that day, but if I do
something to 'wake up' the right side, the 'atmosphere' and everything
just goes much more smoothly..


No idea if any of this is even remotely correct or not, but it does
seem to make sense, at least to me.

   In my-pre SS days when my PU was based solely on the sales call model,
   I almost always qualified the chyck regarding this.    But, IME, you can
  do a lot better than just asking what her living arrangements are.

  I have a question that has never failed to elicit the key information
   re: whether she has a BF but, critically for deciding whether
  to continue the sarge, what her attitude toward the
   relationship, if any, is.

   It's based on the fact that  all women know, on a day to day
   basis, how they feel about the state of a relationship that they're in.
   And since the presupp appeals to their vanity, I've never,
   in over 20 years, had a woman decline to answer.

   Here's the qualifying question I ask:  "You seem really nice Debbie.
   I hope that your boyfriend appreciates you".

   They give four types of answers:

    1)   She'll beam and say "Oh yes, he's terrific and appreciates me
totally".

    2)   She'll give a hesitating "Yes", but won't elaborate.

    3)   She'll say "Yeah, I do but NO, the schmuck/jerk/etc. doesn't
          appreciate me.

     4)   I don't have a boyfriend.

   For me, the response to 1) is a "Smart guy.  Enjoy your evening"

    For 2), and 3) the borefriend destroyer pattern is the next step.

    For 4), it's usually the "What's important to you in a man?" question.

  Nowadays, I may not ask the question early on.  After establishing
  rapport, I'll just do some patterning and see how she responds
  and go with that.  I need the pattern language practice anyhow and it's
  fun.  But, in some instances, I'll still put the above question to her
(like if her response to the SS tech is weak) since it's proven itself to
  be so reliable for so long.  It's saved me a lot of what  would
 otherwise have been wasted time (not to mention $) over the years.
  BTW the rate of "false positives" i.e. she answers that she has a BF
  and a great relationship with him but aint so) seems to be very low.

Using photo's as a gimmick to get chicks in the proper state!

 Someone posted here a while back about how he likes to look at pictures on his
computer/in a photo album when he has a chick over to his house.  Since you
have to sit close together to look at the pics, you can get good kino.  I've
taken this idea and ran with it, and I think it turning into another good
seduction tool.  What I did was this:

I've assembled a photo album specifically to look at with girls when I have
them over to my apartment.  I chose the photos carefully.  They show me in a
variety of different contexts, which shows the girls my diverse interests.  But
more importantly, for every photo or group of photos, I have a pattern or story
to go with them.  Some examples:

4 photos from my senior class trip to Magic Mountain--->Roller
coasters--->discovery channel pattern

3 photo from my parents 14-year renewal of their wedding vows--->looking back
on 14 years of being in love--->good love/time distortion pattern

Photos of various friends-launching pad for various quoting patterns

A photo of my friend and his girlfriend-"Thats my friend Joe,  He once asked me
to write a poem for her, for their 6 month anniversary.  Hey, you know what? 
I've got a copy of that poem somewhere.  Would you like to hear it?"

4 photos of me at a rave-a good dancing sexual accelerator pattern I wrote "And
that beat just penetrates deep inside your body, and you just have to move your
body to the music.  You feel that rythym building, and the beat just moves your
body," etc.  (dickpoint every time you say beat or music)

3 photos taken at the Tucson Gem and Mineral Show-launch into the Diamond
pattern recently posted to the mindlist

and so on.  You don't have to launch into a pattern for every photo, of course.
 That would be stupid.  But when she expresses her interest in a particular
photograph, you've got a ready made pattern handy. :)  I like this because you
don't have to even try to work a pattern into what you're talkikng about-the
album will do introduce the patterns for you :).  This is nice for those of us
who struggle with introducing patterns into a discussion (Although I've been
working on this.  The pattern spins on ASF and the mindlist are very useful. 
I'd like to see more pattern spins being posted-they are one of the best tools
for all of us to improve our patterning skills).

BTW, my photo album is currently only 2/3 full. If you have any ideas for other
pictures that would work for our purposes, please POST THEM TO THIS THREAD!

So, whaddya think-does this idea rate a seduction gold star?

Using the 'color game' to do a PU!

I've just field tested this pattern / game for creating an erotic and
horny state - worked a dream:) I'd be interested to know what you think
of this and how it might be improved.....

I suppose it might work best with the more visually thinking babes.

This is not a 'word for word' pattern by any means, by the way - I just
kind of found myself going into it on the fly.....  here we go..

The PUA "notices" the colour (UK spelling by the way for those who might
feel the urge to correct me) of an object, item of clothing etc.

PUA - "I find these yellow walls (or whatever) quite uplifting;
especially in the winter. Isn't it nice to have some bright colours
around when it's so grey and dark outside?" "Do you think that colours
have an big effect on peoples' moods?".

HB - "Oh, yes, definitely."

PUA - "Hmmm. I was just wondering......I mean....... I was in one of
those New Age shops recently and they were selling lots of different
coloured sunglasses.... with the idea that, if you wanted to feel more
of a certain mood, or to look at the world in a certain way, you would
slip on a pair of sunglasses which would colour everything you looked at
in the desired tone" "Do you think that could work in any way?"

HB - "Well, maybe. I don't know really"

PUA - "Well, for example, my bedroom is a very pale blue colour and I
find this particular blue very restful" "I mean, can you imagine
sleeping very well in a pale blue room?" "Imagine you are really tired,
you know when your eyelids are heavy and you curl up with that fantastic
feeling of at last ... just letting go.... and .....giving
yourself...to....(sp perhaps?).. sleep'" "Do you have a sense of a
particular colour when you imagine that feeling?" (Make sure she's
imagining being sleepy).

HB - "Oh, maybe blue, or green" (or whatever). (If she doesn't come up
with one then maybe she could be asked to imagine the perfect colour for
a bedroom, but both of the HB subjects I tried got right into it.)

PUA "How about when you feel....really full of great ideas...... like
you have all sorts of inspiration flowing through you.?"

PUA then procedes to get HB to imagine a few other states (feeling very
inspired and spiritual (commenting on her choice of colour in a playful
way)...... bursting with energy ...... feeling very sensual,
relaxed and open (we're getting closer, gentlemen)......and eventually,
 being full of passion and horny), and slowly visualising a colour with
each one.

You get the picture - guiding her into these states,
comparing colours etc etc. I have tried this on two chicks, both of whom
LOVED the game and got right into imagining the states. One of them was
an ex who is of great value as a pivot / social proof (and a friend) so
I was testing the game with her rather than going for the lay and the
other HB, in spite of being pretty shy, blushed madly and was VISIBLY
remembering the joy of being fucked until she screamed with pleasure ;)
(At this point Tony is feeling a bit fucking pleased with himself).
I think this would have definitely resulted in a fuck had I not been
meeting her at lunchtime before going off to work :( (at this point Tony
is disgusted as well as pleased!!)

What do you 'real' PUAs think of this little game? As I said I somehow
went into it on the fly after having the idea while practicing
improvising patterns while driving, using things I saw on the road as
starting points for pattern-talk. So it's pretty new and I, as yet,
claim only to be a humble RAFC. Going to test it some more and post the
results....

Here's a game from "The ABCs Of Handwriting Analysis", by Claude
Santoy, ISBN# 1-56924-889-3, starting on page 168.

You'll need a paper and pen.

Ask the girl to draw a snake.

There are 3 configurations of a "snake" that has proven to mean
something in terms of female sexuality and you're trying to determine
if there is a match.

A horizontal wavy snake
-average libido

A horizontal straight snake without any curves.
-no libido;no interest in sex

A snake that is vertically configured and has 3-4 curves.
-strong libido; possibly homosexual tendencies; fantasy

Many times there won't be a match and the "snake" is meaningless.  But
that can lead to a conversation about their sexuality.  For example, if
her "snake" is a horizontal snake that looks straight, but has a little
curves, you can just tell her that she has no libido.  Then, she'll
have to prove to you that she does ;-)

Another example on how to use this is that many women also draw a
tongue on their snakes.  Although the drawings in the book doesn't
mention anything about what a tongue means, you can give the girl some
ideas.

You: "I noticed you also added a tongue on your snake."

Girl:" What does that mean?"

You: "I don't know.  The book doesn't mention anything about that.  One
can only speculate what a TONGUE ON A SNAKE means." (shrug)

You guys can probably come up with more uses with this snake drawing
trick.

Note: I usually have a rumpled copy of the drawings from the book
tucked away in my wallet so the girl can be assured that I didn't just
make it all up.  The idea is that I want to reinforce the fact that she
likes sex or that she needs to prove that she is not a frigid loser.



Here's another drawing game you can use for value elicitation from the
same book.

Show the girl a triangle, square and a circle.

Have her construct a human being using these only these 3 symbols.
They can be any size and repeated as often as she wants or even symbols
omitted.

This drawing determines a person's sexual, manual, or technical and
intellectual tendencies.

TRIANGLE
Represents sexuality.

SQUARE
Represents materialism and technical and manual ability.

CIRCLE
Represents imagination and intellectual ability.

After she draws the human being using those 3 symbols, count the number
of times she uses each symbol and see which one predominates.

Triangle Predominates
-a sensual and sexual person.

Squares Predominates
-a materialistic, manual or technically inclined person.

Circles Predominates
-a sensitive, intellectual person.

This way, you'll have a better idea of what her values are and one can
use a more fitting pattern.

Again, I usually have a rumpled copy of the page right out of the book
to show the girl what it means.  That way, it's not my opinion, it's
that author's expert opinion.

Hi All,

This is the first installment of a lay report double feature this 
week! HB Vamp is a gorgeous super thin J-chick I met in a

This lay was interesting, because she overtly wanted casual 
sex, and this time, thanks to NYC's help with my Ms. Tubby 
and Ms. Sparkles fuckups (see stories on my website), I got it 
right this time, and did the chick, and not only that, said to

Okay, lets do this story from the beginning and she what I did 
right & wrong..

I met HB Vamp and got her number back in February 
sometime, and then went out with her for drinks back in 
February. The goal then was to elicit values, and try to get 
some patterns on her, and see what the results where.

I found out the first drinks session, that she didn't like her 
job, and wanted to quit (she was an office lady). When I tried 
to talk about romantic things (L-vs-A pattern, fascination, 
IC..etc), I was just getting nowhere, she said that she didn't 
want a BF now, and was wary of all the complications, and 
wasnt ready for a relationship. She just wanted friends she 
said.. This sounded pretty grim, (reminded me of Ms. 
Tubby's convo during supper). and then I remembered what 
NYC said, that maybe she doesnt want a relationship, but she 
wants sex (since hey, she is sitting here with me, isnt she!). 
So I started with lots of Mr. Smooth style kino (which was 
easy, because now I always choose bars that I sit NEXT to the 
chick, and not face to face with a table between us where no 
kino is possible). She didn't resist this at all.. (touching 
shoulder, wisde of waist in authortative manner).

We did have a problem though that it was a weeknight, and 
getting late, and we both had to work.. so no sex tonight I am 
afraid.

The next time I see her in another bar in Shibuya area of 
Tokyo, near my house (the idea is to get her back to my place 
after a drink or two). I find out she likes drinking, as she says 
she has wines sometimes at her place. This time, I brought

am really having trouble hooking into things she likes to talk

But the thing is she is still not showing any signs of liking me 
in any particular way besides casual friend (except she lets me 
do kino). This is odd I figure, but then I remember Ms. 
Tubby, and it was this way as well.

I decide to go for it, and ask her to stop by my place on the 
way home (excuse I used was to see my house). She didn't 
resist..that was cool, but it was nearing 10pm, and last train is 
11:30. Not much time, but lets see what I can do I figure. We 
get to my place, and we do some Kino, but time is really 
short, so I show her around, and we have to go back soon 
(really lame, but cabs are expensive to her place, so out of the
question) to the station.. 

When at the station, I hug her, and she accepts, and then say 
"Do you want to kiss me" a-la Mystery style.. She says "sure", 
PLOP..on the lips. I get one, and she goes.

Now, fast forward 2 months to tonight. I keep all this in 
mind, and plan a strategy how to lay a chick (if I dont make a 
plan how to lay the chick before I meet her, I have a lot of 
trouble). Well, I elicited her values, and I know she likes: 
dance, gardening, serious work (and not easy job), friends, 
and simple/uncomplicated things and drinking wine. She 
hates complex relationships. So I kept that in mind, and made 
a plan and wrote up a few notes to review before meeting her. 
I also noticed, that except for her talk, she made NO kino/kiss 
resistance WHATSOEVER, EVER. I keep this in mind 
when I make my plan..

My notes said:
-As Taro says, immediately on meeting her, hug and kiss her 
to set the evening tone (ie. our world routine)
-Go to bar, drink, and get really kino..
-Talk about friendship (basically the plan was do to Smooth, 
talk how we are friends, and close, but touch, and kino her as 
if she was my GF)
-Talk sex story stuff, get her sexually thinking (I would tell 
her about the fuck party I went too (see next lay report 
coming tomorrow)), stuff about old GF's who I fucked and 
how it felt, and see her reactions for each type of girl I went 
out with
-Pour on the Kino
-Get her to my place (use excuse of plant I got to show her).
-Fuck her

Basically, it went like clockwork, though I did trip up slightly 
at my house, but recovered quickly:
Lets look at exactly what happened, and where things went 
off the plan..

I met her, but couldnt find her in the station, then she found 
me.. this tripped me up, because I got surprised, but I did hug 
her, though I didn't kiss her (bad.). Secondly, it was 
POURING rain tonight, and she already had her umbrella, so 
taking her hand to walk was not really possible, fuckup #2.

I lead her to the drinking place (one I can sit next to her, and 
kino her), which I do. We order our drinks, and I start on my 
routine. Since romance stuff got nowhere last time, I totally 
dropped this, and first fluffed (what did you do today (she 
slept till noon, as she's quit her job now and not working yet), 
had coffee, slept more, and did some work around the house.

Then I told her about "my friend who is a play girl, and tried 
to sleep with an investment banker guy living in this rich 
house in Shibuya area of Tokyo, but he got drunk, and 
couldnt fuck her" (this was a true story BTW..because the 
chick is HB Ass, who I also fuck.but  I let her play around 
as I do, and she tells me all the stories of the guys she meets 
and fucks. interesting really, amazing all the AFCs out 
there ;-) ). Then I asked HB Vamp if she ever had a one night 
stand. She said `nono, and shaking her head'.

I ask her what she wants, and she said, that she doesnt want a 
casual relationship, but she doesn't want to get fucked, and 
then instantly dumped either (good to know). Then she talked 
about this guy she knew who was playboy, and she liked him, 
and wanted to sleep with him even though he had like 5 other 
GFs or something, but she was afraid to get instantly dumped 
so she didnt fuck him. I talked to her about how that is kind 
of sad..etc. 

Then according to my plan, I talk about my previous GFs, 
(Ms. Kinky, HB Ass, Hb Brains, the chick I fucked in the 
train station a while back)..etc, and paid close attention to her 
reaction. She was surprised when I said I had never been 
dumped by a girl, rather I broke up with them, and how a girl 
will never dump you if you pay close attention to what a girl 
wants, and what pleases her in bed as well as outside, rather 
than just yourself. 

She laughed and smile.. I am doing lots of kino (hand on 
arm, leg, shoulder).constantly at this point. We talk about SM 
a bit, and I tell her about an evening I was at a party with 
coworkers and the chicks got drunk and I asked them who did

told her I went to it last year, not last Saturday though). 

 I see its 9:20. I dont want to run out of time before the fuck 
this time, so I say "want to see my new plant I got (since she 
likes gardening). She says "ok", and we walk to my house (it 
stopped raining fortunately), but I fuck up, and didnt get an 
opportunity to take her hand, as she was blabbing stupid shit, 
and I couldnt (didnt?) interrupt her. I wait for her to finish, 
and want to get the hand so the kino mood isnt lost on the 
walk back to the house (I purposefully met her at a bar near 
my place so I could take her back with me, which she didnt 
resist), and say, well, we are not walking romantically, and 
put my hand in front of her.she takes it with her hand. 
good.

We get to my place..I fuck up here a bit, and didn't kiss her 
on the way in, as she was waiting behind me after seeing the 
plant outside, and wasnt sure to come in.I open the door and 
get her in before she changes her mind, and get her on the 
couch (my couch is modular, has 3 sections.I took out the 
middle one, so now there is only 2 sections, so now the girl 
always has to sit close to me).

I put on some music, She sees my Japanese study papers on 
the table and goes "impressive". Now here is where I usually 
seize up (I have trouble with the makeout in the house for 
some reason often), and almost do this time too. But after she 
says my study was good, I joke with her, and say, oh you're 
impressed, and gesture her to kiss my cheek with my finger 
(whimpy, but I fix this the next time). Then I talk to her about 
some pictures in a magazine on the table, and about womans 
clothes. I remark I am very picky to dress a woman, and often 
shop with my chicks. She asks me about her clothes. She is 
wearing the super tight jeans, and a sweatrunner top. sexy, 
but shitty looking, but I dont say that. I tell her how I like her 
jeans, and that her kind of shape, tight jeans is better than 
skirt unless the skirt is really tight and short. Of course I am 
touching her legs as I describe where the shape is best for 
skirts -vs- shorts, and I get no resistance..this is good. I talk

I finally got that 'kokology' book that someone suggested here
on the NG. The book is full of fun 'psychology' games like
'strawberry fields, 4 questions..etc' that can be used in PU.

It turns out actually that the book is from Japan (it is
sold in the US, translated in English), and is based on a
popular TV show that ran here several years ago, where they would
get contestants to do the games, and then everyone laugh when
the interpretations were done.. classic J-TV really ;-)

I went through the book, and out of the 50 or so games, only
about 5 or so were directly useful in a PU situation. The summaries
of them are below. If you want the whole text, and interpretation,
and the quick summaries below arent enough, then buy the book,
it is on Amazon, and costs like $5 or something.

Strawberry fields it turns out comes from the book, so I wont

Game: Roller Coasters: (fuck this is alot like RJ's D.C. pattern!,
could be used together!)

-You go to roller coaster line

-your car plunges into splashpool at end, what do you shout? (what you
